This website contains a number of forms that we use to collect personal information. These are used either with your explicit consent, for example giving us your contact details in order for us to be able to contact you with news and updates about the project; or to fulfil a contract with you, such as applying to become a member or expressing your initial interest, in which case we need to keep hold of your personal information to process your application.
We will only collect the minimum information we need to fulfil our purposes, keep it securely contained in a password-protected database, and for only as long as is necessary.
The website does use some cookies when you browse this website. These are used to ensure proper running of this website, and also to help us improve your experience when browsing.

Contract – We enter into a contract with you – this includes precontractual processing.
How this information is used
This information is used to alert us about who is interested in applying to live in SCD and gives us an overview which can be used to determine future eligibility and contact details for follow up contact.
How we protect your information
We store your information in a password-protected database, and access to the database is restricted to the System Administrator, members of the Membership Working Group and members of SCD on the interview panel.
How long we keep your information
We will only keep your information for as long as as we need to in order to complete the processing of your current or future application and membership. You can at any point request to remove your details from our database.

This information is used to determine eligibility of potential members and provides us with the information required to complete our membership process, including awarding of housing need points.

We store your information in a password-protected database, and access to the database is restricted to the System Administrator, members of the Membership Working Group and members of SCD on the interview panel.

We will only keep your information for as long as as we need to in order to complete the processing of your current or future application and membership. You can at any point request to remove your details from our database.
